I'm Robert Adamski, the founder, owner, and creator of this culinary venture that merges my lifelong passions for nature and food.

With a distinguished degree in culinary arts and food science from The Culinary Institute of America, I embarked on a journey in the hospitality industry, gaining invaluable experience across various roles. This diverse background has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of the restaurant industry.

Driven by my food science expertise, I transitioned into the quality, safety, and regulatory aspects of the food manufacturing industry, where I currently devote my full-time efforts at a small food company. This experience has honed my skills in ensuring product quality, adhering to safety standards, and navigating regulatory requirements.

Beyond my professional pursuits, my personal interests have always gravitated towards the great outdoors and the world of gastronomy. I find immense joy in combining these passions, particularly through the practice of foraging.
